Warranty, complaints and returns
The shop terms are the binding document. This page is the short version — what you actually need when something is wrong.
If an antenna is faulty
We are responsible for the goods conforming to the contract for two years from delivery. That covers manufacturing faults, damage that is not your doing, and antennas that do not match their description or the figures on their label.
How it works
- E-mail bartek@prodrone.pl with your order number and a description of the problem. If you have measured the antenna, send the figures.
- We will tell you whether the unit needs to come back. Return postage on a warranty claim is on us.
- You get a decision within 14 days.
- Repair or replacement comes first. Where neither is possible or neither works, you can ask for a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.
A receipt or invoice makes things easier, but it is not the only acceptable proof of purchase. You do not need the original packaging.
Changed your mind
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract, counted from the day the goods reached you. Where an order arrived in several parcels, the clock starts with the last one.
How it works
- Tell us within 14 days — by e-mail or through the returns form. A plain statement is enough; you do not have to give a reason.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of that statement. Return postage is at your expense.
- We refund within 14 days of the goods arriving back, or of you proving you sent them — whichever happens first.
- The refund covers the price plus the cheapest delivery option we offer. If you chose a more expensive service, the difference stays with you.
You are free to unpack and examine the antenna as you would in a shop. If you have used it beyond that and its value has dropped, we may reduce the refund accordingly.
Antennas built to your specification
The right of withdrawal does not apply to antennas made to your own specification — tuned to a frequency you nominated, built with a non-standard cable length, or altered in any other way you asked for. That unit exists because you ordered it, and we cannot sell it to anyone else.
This changes nothing about faults. If a custom antenna is defective, or is not what you ordered, the complaint procedure applies as normal.
Not sure whether your configuration counts as custom? Ask before you order.
Damage in transit
Check the parcel while the courier is still there. If the packaging is disturbed or the contents are damaged:
- Ask for a damage report. Drawing it up is the carrier's job, both on their own initiative and at your request when you say the parcel has been interfered with. The driver cannot refuse.
- Read it before signing. Everyone present at the inspection signs it, and if you disagree with how the damage has been described you are entitled to add your own reservations to the document. Make sure the description is specific.
- Photograph the outer box, the packing material and the contents before unpacking any further.
- Call us: +48 725 908 725.
Damage found after unpacking. Where the damage could not be seen from outside at delivery, you can still require the carrier to record the condition of the parcel — but the request has to be made promptly, and no later than seven days from delivery. After that the claim against the carrier is gone. On international shipments the seven days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
For postal shipments, report the damage at the post office on collection or immediately afterwards — the operator runs its own claims procedure.
Business purchases
The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to consumers. It does not apply to business purchases, though our liability for defects does. In practice we would rather sort it out than stand on the rules — write to us and explain the situation.
