Ordering, Payments and delivery

Ordering and Payments:

We accept express payment methods by PayPal and Autopay S.A..
Credit cards can be used through PayPal or Autopay S.A., without the needs to have PayPal account. No payment/card information is ever saved by Prodrone.pl site. PayPal offers both buyer and seller protection.
Autopay S.A. offers payment methods like GPay or ApplePay.
We also accept bank transfers. If you are interested in such payment method please contact with us.

We are also active VAT company, so if you will need invoice without VAT tax please place order at our shop but without paying for it.
Please contact with us and we will recalculate new value (without VAT tax).

Packing:

Antennas arriving to its destination in undamaged condition is our top priority! All orders are carefully packed in protective material and strudy cardboard boxes. We do not ship items in bubble envelopes!

Delivery:

All orders from EU countries are dispatched from within EU (Poland) and thus there are no import duties or extra taxes!

Dispatch time is provided on each product at our shop! Please note that your order can be dispatched sooner than estimated one. In some situations for bigger orders processing time can be little bit extended because we test and tune each antenna in order.

Order tracking & Insurance:

All orders are sent uninsured but with a tracking number. We will not send the parcel untracked, under any circumstances. If you need additional insurance please let us know before placing your order. Parcel tracking number will be sent by email, as soon as your parcel has been handed to the courier company (or post office).

Cost of delivery

The total cost of delivery of an order will be displayed after you have added products to your basket and chosen your preferred method of delivery and payment – in the summary you will see the precise amount payable. Below is a list of standard costs of delivery, together with approximate delivery times:
