Ordering, Payments and Delivery
1. Placing an Order
Orders can be placed in the following manner:

The information displayed on the website does not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. By placing an order, the customer submits a purchase offer. The contract of sale is concluded when the Store confirms the order, especially in the case of custom-made products.
The Store reserves the right to refuse an order, limit available payment methods, or request an advance payment if the order raises justified doubts as to the correctness of the provided data or chosen payment method.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following secure and convenient payment methods:

PayPal – including credit/debit cards, even without a PayPal account.

PayU GPO – including Google Pay, Apple Pay, BLIK, and major credit/debit cards.

Traditional bank transfer – if you prefer this method, please contact us before placing your order.
Note: All transactions are processed securely by trusted payment gateways. We do not store any payment details or card information on our servers.
3. VAT and Invoicing
Prodrone.pl is a VAT-registered business in Poland (VAT ID: PL64822812121).
All prices listed in the Store include Polish VAT (23%) unless otherwise specified.
If you are purchasing as a business within the European Union and hold a valid EU VAT number, you may request a 0% VAT intra-community invoice.
To do so, please:

Place the order without completing the payment,

Contact us via email with your VAT number,

After verification, we will send you an updated invoice reflecting the VAT exemption.
For customers outside the European Union, no VAT is charged; however, local customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
4. Packaging Standards
We understand that antennas are precision items. Therefore, we apply strict packaging procedures to ensure maximum protection:

Every product is carefully wrapped using shock-absorbing materials.

Orders are placed in rigid cardboard boxes with reinforced corners.

We do not ship products in padded envelopes or other low-resistance packaging.
Our goal is to ensure that every product arrives in perfect condition, regardless of the destination.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders to all EU countries and selected international destinations.

All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Poland.
For EU-based customers, this means:

Dispatch Time
Each product page displays the estimated dispatch time.
Most standard products ship within a few business days.
For custom orders or larger batches, the lead time may be extended slightly due to:

6. Tracking and Shipping Insurance

All shipments include a tracking number which will be emailed to you as soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier or post office.

We do not offer untracked shipping under any circumstances.

Shipments are not insured by default. If you require additional insurance, please contact us prior to placing your order.
