Ordering, payment and delivery

Placing an order

Product listings on the site are an invitation to order, not a binding offer under Polish civil law. Placing an order is your offer to buy; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order. This matters most on made-to-order items, which most of our antennas are.

We may decline an order, limit the payment methods available, or ask for payment in advance if the details supplied or the payment method raise reasonable doubt.

Payment

PayU — Google Pay, Apple Pay, BLIK and major cards.
PayPal — including cards, with or without a PayPal account.
Bank transfer — contact us before ordering if you want to pay this way.

Payments are handled by the payment providers. We do not hold card details on our systems.

Put your order number in the transfer title. Without it a payment often cannot be matched to an order, which delays the build.

VAT and invoices

Prodrone.pl is VAT-registered in Poland. Listed prices include 23% Polish VAT unless stated otherwise.

EU businesses with a valid VAT number can be invoiced at 0% VAT. Place the order without paying, e-mail us your VAT number, and once it verifies we will send a corrected invoice for payment.

Outside the EU no Polish VAT is charged. Import duty and local taxes may apply on arrival; these are set by your country and are not something we can quote or cover.

Packaging

Antennas are precision items and are packed accordingly: shock-absorbing wrap, rigid boxes with reinforced corners. We do not ship in padded envelopes, and we do not make an exception for small orders.

Shipping

Everything ships from Poland. For EU customers that means no customs clearance and no import charges.

Postal delivery is cheaper and much less predictable — customs handling and the local postal service at the far end both add time we cannot see or influence. If your deadline is firm, use a courier.

Tracking and insurance

Every shipment is tracked. We do not send parcels untracked under any circumstances, regardless of value.

Shipments are not insured by default. If you want insurance, tell us before you order and we will arrange it.

Prices

The full cost including shipping is shown at checkout before you confirm. There is nothing added afterwards.
