Order Processing, Availability, and Shipping Information

Order Confirmation and Processing

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link that must be clicked to validate the order. Once the confirmation is received, we begin processing your order and you will be informed about the progress at each stage.

Please note that the information displayed on product pages, such as “Shipping time: 9 working days”, refers exclusively to the order processing time and does not represent the total time until delivery.
This period is required for us to manufacture and individually tune each antenna, ensuring optimal performance, consistency, and reliability.

Each antenna is produced from scratch and tuned individually. This precise, manual approach guarantees excellent performance but also means that the processing time depends on:

  • the number of antennas in your order,

  • the current queue of orders in our system,

  • the time required to fine-tune all antennas to the exact same target frequency.

For this reason, the listed processing time is an estimate. During periods of high demand or for larger orders, occasional delays of 2–3 working days may occur. Additionally, courier pickups do not always occur daily, so in some cases we may require one extra working day for parcels to be collected.

These extensions result solely from our commitment to delivering the highest possible quality and precision-tuned products.


Availability of Products

Each product page includes information on the estimated time required before dispatch — ranging from 24 hours up to several days, or in the case of less readily available products, occasionally one to two weeks.
We make every effort to ensure that the stock information displayed on our website corresponds to actual availability. However, delays may sometimes occur; if this happens, you will be informed immediately.

If your order contains multiple products, the dispatch time for the entire shipment will match the product with the longest availability time.
Orders may also be fulfilled in stages — to request partial shipments, please contact us or include a note in the order form.


Shipping and Delivery Times

Delivery time = dispatch date + courier transit time

  • Courier companies usually deliver parcels within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

  • The Polish Post (Poczta Polska) generally delivers priority international shipments within up to two weeks, depending on the destination country — sometimes faster, sometimes slightly longer.

For shipments sent via Poczta Polska, the tracking number is sent to your e-mail within 2–3 days after the parcel is registered in their system.


Methods of Payment

Electronic payment (PayU)
The most convenient and fastest payment method. During business hours, transfers are usually credited to our account almost immediately, allowing us to begin order processing without delay.
PayU supports Google Pay, Apple Pay and credit cards, and the checkout interface is available in English.

Important:
Payments via Google Pay, Apple Pay, and credit cards are currently available only for orders placed in PLN.
If you are ordering from outside Poland, you can still pay in your local currency by selecting PLN as your checkout currency and choosing PayU as your payment method.
You pay in your local currency, PayU converts it automatically, and we receive PLN — a fast, secure and easy solution.

Bank transfer
Order processing begins once your payment is credited to our account. Depending on the bank, this may take up to two working days.

PayPal
A secure international payment option, allowing fast processing of orders regardless of your location. Payments are confirmed instantly, enabling quick order handling.

Cash on delivery
The fastest payment method for domestic orders, allowing immediate order processing. Please note that this option includes additional delivery costs.
